Planning and Building Regulations
Eko Atlantic City Management Limited (EACML) has established the Planning and Building Regulations (PABR) to provide a clear framework for governing and directing all developments within the City. The PABR ensures that developers comply with the Master Plan, maintain safety and design standards, and adhere to approved planning principles across all districts.
The regulations are aligned with the Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Regulations 2019 (LSPPPR), which serve as a minimum standard where the PABR does not apply. Formally approved by the EACML Board of Directors, the PABR serves as both a guideline and enforcement tool to uphold the City’s integrity, safety, and urban vision.
