Eko Atlantic City Management Limited (EACML), pursuant to its Concession Agreement with the Lagos State Government, serves as the regulatory and administrative authority responsible for issuing Building Permits to plot owners and overseeing construction activities within the City. This mandate ensures all developments adhere to the highest standards of safety, design, and sustainability.

In line with this mandate, all Developers and Plot Owners are required to obtain EACML’s approval for the design of their proposed developments prior to the issuance of a Building Permit, which authorizes the commencement of construction.
